Booking Terms
Effective June 2026
1. Reservation requests
Reservation requests do not guarantee confirmation. A reservation is confirmed only once Private Sky Residences has approved the booking and all applicable payment requirements have been completed.
2. Payment terms
Payments may include:
- Reservation deposits
- Security deposits
- Final balance payments
- Concierge or additional service fees
3. Payment methods
We may accept:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Bank transfer
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers including Stripe. Private Sky Residences does not store full card details.
4. Guest verification
Identity verification (including government-issued photo ID) may be required before access instructions are issued. Additional screening may apply for international or third-party bookings.
5. Third-party reservations
Reservations made on behalf of a third party (a guest other than the booker) may require additional verification and supporting documentation.
6. Residence access
Access instructions, including check-in details, address, and entry method, are issued prior to check-in once all booking requirements are completed.
7. Concierge services
Certain concierge services — airport transfers, premium transportation, in-residence dining, and curated experiences — may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
8. Long-term stays
Extended stays may require additional agreements, additional screening, increased security deposits, or supplementary documentation.
