Cancellation Policy

Eligible for refund, minus applicable processing fees.

Partial refund eligibility may apply, subject to review.

Bookings may become non-refundable.

Same-day cancellations are generally non-refundable.

Unused nights after check-in are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved in writing by Private Sky Residences.

To cancel a reservation, contact bookings@privateskyresidences.com with your booking reference. The cancellation window is calculated from the time written cancellation notice is received.

In the event of force majeure circumstances beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters, government actions, or property-wide outages), we will work in good faith to offer rescheduling or appropriate refunds.
