By accessing or using Private Sky Residences services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to submit reservation requests.

All reservations are subject to review and approval. Private Sky Residences reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.

Guests agree to:

• Respect the property and neighbours
• Avoid unlawful activity
• Avoid excessive noise or disturbances
• Comply with maximum occupancy limits
• Follow check-in and check-out procedures

Smoking policies and additional residence-specific rules may apply.

Certain bookings may require security deposits or payment authorisation holds.

Guests may be responsible for damages, excessive cleaning, lost items, or violations caused during their stay.

Government-issued identification may be required prior to access.

Private Sky Residences shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services.

We shall not be responsible for delays or inability to fulfil obligations due to events beyond reasonable control.
